Monthly Gift Card Rewards Program

By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Organiser

The Monthly Gift Card Rewards Program (“Program”) is organised by Dubai Jewellery GmbH (“Dubai Jewellery”), Switzerland.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participants must provide accurate personal information.
• Dubai Jewellery reserves the right to verify the identity of participants.
• Employees of Dubai Jewellery GmbH and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.

3. Program Structure

• Participants purchase a Dubai Jewellery gift card worth CHF 100 per month.
• The Program runs for 12 consecutive months.
• Each monthly payment is credited in full to the participant’s customer account as store credit.
• Participants retain the full value of all amounts paid into the Program.
• After 12 successful monthly payments, the participant will have accumulated CHF 1,200 in store credit.

4. Digital Scratch Card

• For each qualifying monthly gift card purchase, participants receive one digital scratch card.
• The digital scratch card is provided as a promotional bonus and has no separate purchase value.
• Scratch cards are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.

5. Monthly Promotional Award

• On the 25th day of each month, a winning number will be selected using Dubai Jewellery’s published verification process.
• The winning participant will receive promotional store credit sufficient to bring their account balance to a total of CHF 1,200.
• Example: If a participant has accumulated CHF 300 and wins, Dubai Jewellery will credit the remaining CHF 900.
• Upon receiving the promotional credit, no further monthly payments are required from the winner.

6. Store Credit Usage

6A. Eligible Products for Reward Credit Redemption

Reward credits and accumulated store credit may be redeemed for the following products offered by Dubai Jewellery GmbH:

• 22K Gold Jewellery, 18K Gold Jewellery
• Diamond Jewellery, Wedding Jewellery
• Necklaces, Rings, Bangles, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants
• Gold Coins, Custom Orders

Dubai Jewellery GmbH reserves the right to modify available product categories from time to time.

Reward credits and store credit may not be redeemed for:

• Cash payments or cash equivalents
• Gold bars
• Investment gold
• Bullion products
• Precious metal investment products
• Any product or service excluded by Dubai Jewellery GmbH for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.

7. Missed Payments

• If a participant misses a monthly payment, participation in the promotional scratch-card portion may be suspended until payment is made.
• Amounts already credited remain the participant’s property as store credit.
• Dubai Jewellery may establish a grace period at its discretion.

8. Verification of Winners

• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity.
• Dubai Jewellery reserves the right to withhold promotional credits where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
• Any fraudulent participation may result in immediate disqualification.

9. Publicity

• Winners agree that their first name, surname initial, and city of residence may be published by Dubai Jewellery for promotional and transparency purposes.
• No additional compensation shall be payable for such publication.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Dubai Jewellery shall not be liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, software issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Dubai Jewellery does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any online platform used for the Program.

11. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.
• Participant information will be used solely for administration of the Program, customer services, legal compliance, and related business purposes.

12. Compliance with Swiss Law

• This Program is intended as a customer loyalty and promotional program linked to the purchase of Dubai Jewellery gift cards.
• Participation does not provide a right to cash winnings.
• All promotional benefits are awarded exclusively in the form of Dubai Jewellery store credit redeemable for jewellery products.

This Program is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, including but not limited to:

• Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; SR 220), in particular Articles 1 et seq. concerning contractual relationships. (source)
• Federal Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG; SR 241), in particular Article 3 concerning fair commercial practices and advertising. (source)
• Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1), including Articles 6, 19 and 25 regarding the lawful processing of personal data and participants’ rights. (source)
• Federal Act on Money Games (Money Games Act, MGA/LJAr; SR 935.51), where applicable, including Articles 1, 3 and 4 regarding the regulation of games of chance and promotional activities. (source)

All payments made by participants remain fully credited to their customer account as store credit. Upon completion of the Program, participants receive the full value of their accumulated gift card balance. Any promotional award granted by Dubai Jewellery GmbH is provided solely in the form of additional store credit redeemable for jewellery products and is not redeemable for cash. Should any authority, regulator, court, or governmental body determine that any aspect of the Program requires modification for compliance with applicable Swiss law, Dubai Jewellery GmbH reserves the right to amend the Program accordingly while preserving participants’ accumulated store credit.

13. Changes and Termination

• Dubai Jewellery may amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
• Any material changes will be published before taking effect.
• Existing accumulated store credit will remain available to participants.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
