How the winner is chosen
The winner is a random ticket, but never picked behind closed doors. The choice is sealed before any names are known, so it can't be steered afterwards.
The choice is sealed
A secret seed is generated and only its SHA-256 fingerprint is published. The outcome is locked. The seed cannot be swapped without breaking the published hash.
The draw runs in the open
The members are frozen and timestamped. The winning ticket is derived purely by maths from the seed, a public-random value and the frozen list. The seed is revealed in the same moment.
Anyone can re-check it
Recompute the result from the public record, no login needed. If the fingerprint or the winning ticket don't match what was published, the draw is void.
